Light of Berotsana is a small organization based on volunteers. Please allow 10 working / business days for orders to process before shipping. Once your order ships you will receive an email notification with a USPS tracking number.

Light of Berotsana ships to many countries outside the United States. Please review the information below regarding international orders, customs procedures, and import charges.

Important Notice for European Union Customers

Due to ongoing evaluation of new EU customs and tax regulations, Light of Berotsana is currently unable to accept orders for physical or digital products from countries within the European Union. For additional information, please visit our EU Customer Update page (see more details below).

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost shown on our website and are the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on your country's customs procedures, you may be contacted by your local postal service or customs authority and asked to pay any applicable duties, taxes, or fees before your shipment can be delivered.

Once a package leaves the United States, delivery times, customs processing, and local delivery arrangements are determined by the destination country's postal service and customs authorities. In some cases, customers may need to coordinate directly with their local postal service regarding delivery or customs clearance.

If you have questions regarding potential import duties, taxes, or customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office or postal service prior to placing an order.

Important Update for Customers in the European Union

Due to significant changes in European Union customs and tax regulations taking effect in 2026, Light of Berotsana is currently evaluating the long-term feasibility of continuing to offer physical and digital products to customers within the European Union.

As part of this evaluation, sales and fulfillment of physical and digital products to EU countries have been suspended at this time.

These regulatory changes affect not only physical shipments but also certain aspects of digital sales and tax compliance. As a small nonprofit publisher, we must carefully assess the administrative, technical, and financial requirements necessary to continue serving customers in the EU under the new regulations.

We deeply value our customers throughout Europe and do not take this decision lightly. Our intention is to fully evaluate available options and determine the most responsible path forward for both our customers and our organization.

At this time:

·       Orders for physical products to EU countries are unavailable.

·       Orders for digital products from EU countries are unavailable.

·       Customers outside the European Union may continue to place orders under our existing international shipping and customs procedures. 

Our mission remains the same: to make authentic Tibetan Buddhist teachings and translations available to practitioners around the world. We are carefully reviewing how best to continue serving our European community while remaining compliant with the new regulatory requirements.
