Lodging
 We are encouraging participants to stay at The Hotel Boulderado, located within 5 minutes walking distance of The Boulder Shambhala Meditation Center, where the main Conference sessions will be held, and one block from the Pearl St. Mall. Additionally, a welcome reception will be held at The Hotel Boulderado on Thursday evening September 25 from 5–7pm.
A limited number of guest rooms have been reserved for conference attendees at a special rate of $154 per night for a double (two queen beds) plus applicable taxes. Please inquire with the hotel if you would like a room with one bed rather than two. You must reserve your room by August 14 in order to take advantage of this rate. The discounted room rate cannot be guaranteed after August 14. All attendees, apart from the Tsadra Group, must make their own guest room reservations.

If you are a member of the Tsadra Group, please contact Tsadra’s Executive Director, Christiane Buchet, at christiane@tsadra.org. Christiane will make the reservation arrangements with the Hotel Boulderado for members of the Tsadra Group.
All other Conference Attendees
 All other participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Please contact Dion Brandt at The Hotel Boulderado, dbrandt@boulderado.com or 303.440.2897. You will be asked for your personal Group Code that you should have received from us in an email. If you cannot remember your personal code, please contact Jessie Friedman at jf@berosana.org.

The University Inn, about a 10 minute walk to the Conference site, is providing a limited number of single and double rooms for $99.00 per night + applicable taxes. You may email info@qualityinnboulder.com or call 303.449.7550 to make your reservation. Please mention Light of Berotsana to procure the Conference rate. The deadline for reservations at The University Inn is August 25, 2008.
The Golden Buff Lodge, about a 30 minute walk, 20 minutes on public transportation, to the Conference site, is providing rooms at the rate of $75.65 for one queen bed and $84.15 for two + applicable taxes. You may email bwgoldenbuff@yahoo.com or call 800.999.2833 to make your reservation. Please mention Light of Berotsana to procure the Conference rate. The deadline for reservations at The Golden Buff Motel is August 25, 2008.
While these hotels offer a lower rate, the great majority of participants and lamas will be staying at The Hotel Boulderado, so please consider this as you make your final lodging decision.

Don’t forget to register for the Conference with Light of Berotsana. Registration for the Conference itself will open May 1. There is no fee to attend the Conference of Translators. The only costs will be those for travel and accommodations. Register here.

DIA is located approximately 20 minutes east of Denver and 40 minutes southeast of Boulder. The trip from DIA to the Renaissance Boulder Suites Hotel takes approximately 30 minutes. Ground transportation options include taxis, shuttles, and rental cars.
